Our New Myotherapy & Remedial Masage Studio Has Launched In Brunswick East
Touch Point Massage Brunswick East offers targeted remedial massage and myotherapy treatments to residents in the northern suburbs, as well as past and present Touch Point clients. Jonathan and Shane share common skills such as deep tissue massage, rehab and stretching advice, trigger point therapy and dry cupping.
The Brunswick East business is the third clinic under the Touch Point brand, with Richmond (2012) and Geelong (2019) running now for extensive periods. The new loft studio is located on Level 1 of a co-working space warehouse called Mycelium Studios. Walk up the colourful stairs, through the hallway and into the foyer where you will see our sign marked “Studio 16”.
We are very close to Merri Creek and the corner of Nicholson Street and Moreland Road, with tram and bus services nearby. Parking is provided at the front of the warehouse.

What is remedial massage?
Incorporates several specialised massage techniques to locate and help ease muscle stiffness and tension in the body. Firm, remedial massage is the best treatment for freeing up adhesions (little knots) in muscles, stretching out strained / tightened muscles and just giving your body a “wake-up” call for the rest of the week.
What is myotherapy?
Myotherapy focuses on the assessment, treatment and rehabilitation of musculoskeletal discomfort. It is an advanced form of remedial massage, and tools such as dry needing, dry cupping, TENS machine and trigger point release are often employed.
What is sports massage?
A highly effective treatment for clients that regularly run or cycle, who visit the gym regularly or compete in sports teams. Vigorous rubbing techniques are used to warm up the muscle tissue. Long strokes through large muscle groups such as the quads and hamstrings can help eliminate toxins and lactic acid from the body.
