We made the decision to change to Agent Desk for our property management Trust Accounting requirements in April 2019. Since doing so, we have been able to provide a greater service to our clients and have found that Nicole is very supportive of working with our Property Management team and assisting with their inquiries.
It’s a much smoother process for all and I have a happier team for having made the change.
