I started using PropertyMe about 8 months ago and really have no idea what I’m doing. Nicole has been the most amazing support in helping me understand Trust account discrepancies and explaining how things work so I can understand them. Rather than just fix the problem (which she does too), she also makes sure I understand what the problem was so I don’t make the same mistake again! It’s so reassuring to know that if I do make a mistake, Nicole will be there to help me figure it out.
